Every business starts as an idea in someone's head. The gap between that idea and a business that actually works is filled with questions: Who is this really for? What problem am I solving? Will anyone pay for this? What happens when I try it in the real world?

This course gives you a practical, repeatable process for closing that gap. It is built on Human-Centered Design (HCD): an approach used by entrepreneurs, product teams, and social innovators around the world to build things people actually want and use, instead of guessing.

You do not need any prior business, design, or technical training to take this course. You only need a business idea (even a rough one) and a willingness to test your assumptions against reality.
